CLASS FORMAT
 

Hatha Yoga is a great way to reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, build strength, and make new friends!  All classes include yoga, breath work, and meditation.  A Yin yoga class is offered once a month to stretch and release connective tissue which increases mobility.

Gentle, restorative, Yin, and wall yoga are also offered.  These practices help calm the nervous system, and the wall allows for deeper stretches, stability, and safer poses.

 

Classes are offered to beginners as well as experienced yogis.  So grab your mat, wear comfortable clothes, and come ready to have fun!
